This was the traditional Armenian BBQ we made on this episode. It was very good, taste was just unbelievable. I like using pork chops and belly fat for pork BBQ. Also, we made veggie salad, which also was cooked on the fire, then we mixed all the veggies after cooking and cleaning, then added butter and cooked it about 10 minutes more. I like to season the pork with salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika olive oil, Perrier, savory and lot of cut onions, after mixing real good you need to wait at least few hours before BBQing , sometimes leaving it overnight in the seasoning is better.
