This poor little pony had seen better days. Rescued from a bin of toys condemned to the trash, I thought I could give it a second chance. This was my first (recorded) vintage toy restoration. The pony is a fakie, a My Little Pony-inspired toy that resembles the Merry Go Round collection. It might have been cast from an original pony but the 'artist' took some liberties: The tassels were removed and the mount simplified. The colors were... well, a little louder than its siblings. I wanted to keep the repair as close to the original as possible, so I re-painted using the same color scheme and chose the closest hair color I could find.
