Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping have held bilateral talks on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Kazan, their first such meeting in years. The two leaders agreed that ‘differences on boundary-related matters’ should not affect their cooperation, Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said.
