The first blue penguin has hatched in San Diego 📍The first blue penguin has hatched at an aquarium at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, a division of the University of California, San Diego. 📍The chick was born on the first day of New Year’s Day and grew several times larger in a month, from 29 grams to 800 grams. 📍The Birch Aquarium team is providing round-the-clock care for the little penguin and promises to announce its gender soon.
