Easy Abstract Art Technique - Spray Paint and Painters Tape: Into The Fade

Thanks for stoping by!! This painting is primarily done using Ironlak acrylic spray paint, Frog Tape, and 3M masking tape. I came up with this idea after I made the border in my “Delta“ painting. I loved how the colors blend so well when using spray paint. Mostly because blending normal acrylic paint can be one big pain in the behind if you don't have much experience (one of these days I'll get it). The thin layer of white spray paint is a technique that I first saw John Beckley do in one of his paintings and I've loved the look ever since - which you can see my first attempt at it in my “Stillwell Avenue“ painting (though I feel like I went a little too heavy on the white in that one).
