I sealed flowers in the cookies~~ They are super tasty and great for afternoon tea time♪٩(✿′ᗜ‵ ✿)۶♪ Ingredients - Salt Pickled Sakura Blossom - Edible Flowers - 100g Unsalted Butter - 50g Granulated Cane Sugar - 2 Egg Yolks - 190g Low Gluten Flour - Tea Leaves (I used Oolong tea, but feel free to pick yours~)ʕᵔᴥᵔ❀ʔ How to - Soak the salt pickled sakura blossom in water for 4 hours - Wash the edible flowers and pat dry, then put a heavy thing on top to make them flatter - Put the butter on kitchen counter for around 1hour so it will become soft - Mix sugar and soft butter until they turned into a creamy texture - Add in egg yolks separately and mix well with the butter/sugar mixture - Sift in flour to the mixture and mix well until you can't see any white flour - Grind tea leaves and add into the flour mixture, mix well - Make the mixture into a square prism and wrapped up, store in freezer for 30 mins - Preheat the oven to 320f - Cut the dough into 5-7mm thick slices and press the flowers on top - Put in the oven and bake for around 10 mins - Take the cookies out and let them cool down on a baking rack - Time to enjoy~/ᐠºัᆽºัᐟ \ You can make a cup of tea as the same as you used in the cookie and enjoy your afternoon~ Hope you liked my video~(๑ˊ͈ ॢꇴ ˋ͈)ᵃʳⁱᵍᵃᵗᵒ〜♡॰ॱ #cookie #edibleflower #oolongtea #teatime
