GoBikes () are an inexpensive mode of transportation in Copenhagen. Despite how the hand signals are different from the US, the traffic moves in the same direction and there are many bike lanes making it relatively safe for anyone who knows how to ride a bike. And we are treated to Orangeriet in Copenhagen for their traditional Saturday open faced sandwiches. Tradionaly these are made with leftovers heavy on fish, potatoes and various meats.
