This SAS DHC-8-400 registration LN-RDK crashed on landing at Aalborg Airport (EKYT) after it’s right Main Landing Gear (MLG) failed. The flight crew noticed that their right MLG was not locked and the Right MLG light showed “in transit“. The crew declared a mayday and lowered the landing gear under it’s own weight, however it still did not lock, so the crew ellected to go around and circle to burn off fuel and inform the passengers. The aircraft touched down first on its left MLG then onto the right before
