Taygeta, one of the seven sisters bright star visible to the naked eye in the pleiadies has a companion star orbiting every 1313 Earth days according to new modern observations made by astronomers. This binary system also has a visual companion, an 8th magnitude star designated as 19 Tauri B. It is separated relatively very far away from the main pair, and it isn’t known if it is physically related to the Tauri A system since it lies further away. However, the visual companion is believed to be a yellow star, much bigger than our Sun, and much more massive.
