The Making of Walking with Dinosaurs had some animation that broke the 4th wall that I thought was mildly amusing. Here's it all compiled together. The BBC were dino-memeing before the internet was popular. My favourites are the didelphodon chasing the T-Rex, the jackhammer Dromaeosaur and the Coeleophysis on a skateboard.
