The shot was taken at kanha tiger reserve, India. It was a tourist safari and when Tiger and Gaur (Indian Wild Cattle/ Buffalo) coming in same frame it was expected something but it was seen a strange activity in which Wild Cattle/Buffalo (Gaur) was seen chasing a tiger and tiger ran away for life. It is too strange as same tiger killed almost same size wild buffalo just one day before; see the kill . It shows that tiger like ferocious carnivore also avoid unnecessary conflict. The tiger have food for about a week and was focusing on drinking water that is why it avoided gaur for direct conflict. In this case tiger was not in need to kill it.
