Dont do this on the SkiErg

The SkiErg uses a flywheel which means you want to pull on the cords like it’s a lawnmower! Most of the power in your stroke should come from the top of the tower to the monitor. After the handles pass the monitor stroke through behind your knees, then return to the catch. Pushing the handles down to the end of the cord is not only bad for the machine…but it’s not effective. I like to think that I have two paint brushes in my hands and I am making a stripe on the ground besides my shoes! — #shorts
