Daniel Grimes, 29, from Sheffield, was caught on camera holding up a picture of Bradley, who had a rare form of neuroblastoma, during a Championship match between Sheffield Wednesday and Sunderland at Hillsborough on Friday. Grimes, who admitted to being high on cocaine at the time, pleaded guilty to a public order offence at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was warned he faces jail. Now, an ex-colleague of Grimes has revealed that he was sacked from his job as a fire safety engineer at Fire Safety Services in Sheffield earlier this year after he was accused of stealing from the company and lying about his qualifications.
