Adventure games and Lovecraftian themes are always a match made in heaven. And Call of the Sea combines them in a beautiful way. But what really stands out with Call of the Sea are the gorgeous, colorful visuals. From the moment you step foot on the island it is a breath of fresh air to explore this gorgeous and mysterious world. We play as Norah who has traveled to a mysterious place to find her lost husband. As we follow in his trails we discover what happened to him and his team and also discover a dark secret about ourselves. All in all I really loved this game and it's emotional story. The puzzles for the most part were great and satisfying with logic and environmental elements being the main mechanic. My only critique would be that at a certain point it relies a bit too much on puzzles that revolve about turning switches and levers rather than logic, physics or riddles. It got a bit tiring to stumble upon another device with switches and buttons right after I had cleared a puzzle involving those alr
