The city of Aveiro is becoming a must-see destination in northern Portugal. Some people wrongfully call it the “Portuguese Venice”, but Aveiro has a unique bright personality and doesn’t need an international doppelganger to stand on its own. This beautiful coastal city that Nuno and I call home has a lot to offer: Art Nouveau, soft sand beaches like Barra and Costa Nova, free bike rides, and one of the brightest blue skies you probably ever seen.
