Canada-US border news brings travel hope, but what are the risks

The U.S. plans to open all its land and ferry borders to Canadians who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, more than a year and a half after closing them. As Sean O'Shea reports, for the first time in more than a year and a half, border communities are hopeful that the return of tourism will help their troubling economies.
