NEW VIDEO: „MATT BELLAMY“ The truth will always come out eventually. When we presented the demos for our 2017 album „Swan Songs II“ to our record label Napalm Records, we also included a song called „Matt Bellamy“, Chris Harms’s profession of love to his idol, the singer from Muse. However, Napalm Records rejected the song, saying „The music is okay, but the lyrics are silly. Instead of praising a big rock star, the song should cover the issue of self-reflection!“ So we heavy-heartedly rewrote the lyrics, which resulted in the song „My Better Me“ (see the official video here: ). It’s not too bad either, but we thought it’s time for the whole truth nonetheless. We proudly present the new LORD OF THE LOST video „Matt Bellamy“. Please share this video as much as you possibly can, because it is our deepest wish for Matt Bellamy, to whom this song is dedicated, to see this piece of art himself. /// Irgendwann kommt die Wahrheit immer ans Licht. Napalm Records lehnten das Demo mit dem Kommentar „Die Musik ist ganz nett, aber der Text ist albern. Anstatt einem großen Rockstar hinterherzurennen, sollte der Song eher ein wenig Selbstreflexion aufzeigen!“. Schweren Herzens haben wir dann den Text geändert, so entstand dann der Song „My Better Me“ (hier geht's zum offiziellen Video: ). Der ist zwar auch nicht so übel geworden, aber wir denken, es ist jetzt einfach mal Zeit für die Wahrheit. Wir präsentieren das neue LORD OF THE LOST Video „Matt Bellamy“.
