George O’Leary is on the board of directors of 212 Decibels, NeoMedia (OTCCBB: NEOM) and Med Office Direct. Mr. O’Leary is currently the President of SKS Consulting of South Florida Corp. (“SKS”). He works with public and private companies under consulting agreements providing C-Level Management, Board of Director Representation, Turn-aroundExpertise, as well as helping the implementation and execution of these companies’ strategic plans. Mr. O’Leary most recently was Chairman and CFO of Protection Plus Security Corporation. Since his involvement in June 2009, the company grew in three years from $9 million in revenues to over $20 million. Protection Plus Security sold to Universal Protection Services in May 2013. Mr. O’Leary started SKS in 2000 with the mission to help companies focus on execution of their core business while shedding their non-core business assets.
