When I was in my 20s I had huge problems on my way of adopting such methodologies as GTD or time management. I was very close to believe that I do have some mental problems. I’ve spent more than 10 years studying scientific papers in psychology, sociology, neuro siences in order to make clear what was going on in me head. In fact there was nothing wrong. It is absolutely normal... Everybody procrastinate... I’ve published two books about that in Russian but for English speaking audience I do have 5 webinars.
