If you think that you don’t know enough moves to create a pole routine, you’re wrong. You can use the simplest moves, and you don't need more than 3. Here's some inspiration. This is what I teach to first time pole students in my Intro to Pole classes: - Walking - Dip Turn - Ankle/Knee Hook and Bow - Hip Circle - Tray Grip Turn - Step Slides - Pole Sit - Back Knee Hook Spin - Come up sexy :) Repeat on the other side! 🎼 Sync it to a SONG you like and play with the musicality.
