Jens Lehmann saves from Ronaldo with his face vs Manchester United

Shortly before end of the first half Lehmann got hit in the face by a point blank rocket volley from Christiano Ronaldo, when down conconscious for a minute or so and still managed to pull a fantastic save off at the end. I have no idea how he managed to play on after that hit. He wrote in his book that all he could do was lie there and moan because it was pretty painful and that he was so angry at Eboue chickening out he called him “a fucking girl“ at halftime.
