Czech President Petr Pavel says the only way to achieve stability in eastern Europe is to have “Ukraine on board both in NATO and the EU.“ Speaking with RFE/RL's Natalie Sedletska in June 14 on Prague, he also said “all Russians living in Western countries should be monitored“ by security services.
