DIY Ribbon rooster made of kanzashi petals (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #726

Today I will show you fast and easy way to make rooster out of ribbon (kanzashi petals). This video contains ENGLISH SUBTITLES (as all of my videos). On PC you can turn them on by clicking on the button in the bottom right corner of YouTube player. On mobile phone you can turn them on by clicking 3 dots in the top right corner of video.
