Today the Qantas board has cut their former CEO Alan Joyce’s final pay packet by $9.3 million after a review found he’d caused “considerable harm“ to Qantas’s reputation Well flashback to March 17, 2022 when I gave the Qantas board some free advice about the reputational damage that Alan Joyce was doing to the Qantas brand and I cut up my Qantas Chairman’s lounge card in protest. But the Qantas board didn’t listen, and it’s cost the company tens of millions. So that’s just another one to add to the list ….. Craig Kelly was right. Source: craigkelly
