Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki gives the new Dirkburger a try at the American Airlines Center where it will sold during game time. The 1/3lb Dirkburger, made by Executive Chef Mark Mabry, is made with jalapeño beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade, arugula and mustard horseradish aioli on a Bavarian pretzel bun.
