Blood II PC Gamer Demo (PCEM Test)

I wanted to try pushing PCEM and the level of hardware my system can emulate a little by testing Blood II, which is a 1998 title that actually lists the MMX 233Mz as the minimum and recommends a Pentium II. As you can see it's not the smoothest thing in the world because it drops as low as 11FPS at some points when a lot of blood effects on on-screen and it almost feels like there's constant micro-stuttering because the mouse aiming is really janky and almost sticky.
