오늘 하루도 배추 겉절이와 함께 행복한 한 끼 하세요! Email: nicemeal57@ Instagram: [재료] -배추 2kg, 쪽파, 굵은소금(천일염) 200g [찹쌀풀 만들기] 1. 냄비에 물을 붓고 대파, 구운 멸치, 말린 표고버섯, 다시마 한 조각을 넣고 끓여준다. 2. 끓인 육수에 찹쌀가루 1T를 넣고 끓여준다. (찹쌀풀은 꼭 식혀서 사용해 주세요!) [양념] *한 컵: 200ml -간 재료(마늘 8알, 배 130g, 양파 50g, 새우젓 2T), 고춧가루 한 컵(200ml), 찹쌀풀 반컵(100ml), 원당 1T, 멸치 액젓 2T, 생강가루 조금 [배추 겉절이 만들기] 1. 배추를 반으로 가른 후 밑동을 썰어내고 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라줍니다. 2. 손질한 배추를 물에 한 번 씻고 소금을 켜켜이 뿌려 절여줍니다.(1시간 후 배추를 뒤집어 주세요.) 3. 절여진 배추를 깨끗이 3번 씻고 1시간 동안 물기를 빼줍니다. 4. 큰 양푼에 간 재료와 고춧가루 1컵(200ml), 찹쌀풀 반컵(100ml), 원당 1T, 멸치 액젓 2T, 생강가루 조금을 넣고 골고루 섞어줍니다.(20~30분 숙성시켜 주세요.) 5. 양념에 물기가 잘 빠진 배추를 넣고 골고루 버무려 줍니다. 6. 마지막으로 썰은 쪽파와 통깨를 뿌려 버무려 줍니다. 7. 맛있는 배추 겉절이 완성~ Have a nice meal with fresh kimch(baechu geotjeori) today!
