I am performing a Squat: 275 pounds (125 kilogram) for 6 reps at 185 lb body weight on January 19, 2010, setting a personal best at that time. This was the fourth set, after two warmup sets (110 x 10, 220 x 6) and one working set (275 x 6, the same weight actually). I am droping until my thighs are parallel to the floor; it isn’t visible, but you can guess it by the travel distance of the bar.
