This is the latest piece for my /_ARK_/ project. The final version can be found on Artstation, here: I’ve recorded the whole process for this image and split it into three sections. This is the final video, “Part III: Digital Paint Over - using Photoshop”. Taking the 3D model from Part II, this video covers the process of digital painting and photobashing techniques. When I’m working, I tend to try out different ideas on the spot - some work, some really don’t. It’s all part of the process of trying different ideas to see what works. Though I would change some things with this design, overall, I’m quite happy with the end result.
