The whole intro was cut and later re-appeared on Iowa with some changes , in the beginning, MFKR, “Mode of Pleasure“ on Iowa, “World of Pleasure“ and at the end MFKR “Shift“ on Iowa “Yes“ MFKR was released on Oct. 31, 1996 Donnie Steele performed all lead guitars. He quit in February of '96 after the recording and was replaced by Craig Jones, who later switched to samples then was fully replaced by Mick Thomson.
