I've simply done them with TexMod and texture size is HD but for small objects I used a smaller size because it's enough good. I've also included my personal version of The Amazing Spiderman suit in 2K and incremented the number of cars in the city with a little bit variety than only taxy traffic. Be sure to have enough RAM (8 GB is good) on your machine because TexMod should run two tpf files for a total of 300 MB. I've also included my reshade post-processing parameter tuning for ray tracing, additional occlusion, light and color-contrast correction mandatory to have the same effect for light and shadows as I show in the video/photos of the mod.
