...because listening to records nowadays is becoming too mainstream :-) My Studer A807 playing Someone like you by Adele. The recording was made from an LP, which I bought last week. It was recorded with a friend's A807, since his turntable, tonearm and cartridge are way much better than mine. Tape used is BASF PER 528. The recording (on the LP) has a high quality and the inside groove distortion is really minimal. Hats off to the engineer who cut the vinyl master. Sorry for the poor audio quality, but my el-cheapo USB sound card sucks.
