Hunbu dojo Sat. October 28th 2016 We went training to the Kyudokan Hunbu dojo in naha, Okinawa today with some members of the Kyudokan Polska delegation. We shared some moments together. note the purpose of filming was to improve some techniques. I always find video a great and interesting tool. I could not hit too hard on the makiwara cause I got 2 bones broken at my fingers at that time. As you can see, I was mainly focus by strengh & conditionning, finding some exercices for Tetsui Age Uke technique for example , that I found interesting to share.
