Recently we raced the 2024 Barrio Logan Grand Prix in Southern California. This is one of my favorite, more technical criterium courses and in my opinion one of the most fun races that happens here in SoCal. In this race I was designated to hangout in the pack or follow moves as needed as my teammate Ansel wanted to roll the breakaway and had a good shot at winning from that move. I was able to sprint for a cash prime and finished okay in the field sprint after trying to bridge solo to stack the break in this field. Overall, happy to have finally gotten my CAT 2 and race for the first time just one race on the day... the Pro 1-3 Race. I'm excited for the way this year has shaped up and the team is riding well.
