The ice bath really opens him up: Peter Doherty jumps into a big tub of ice cubes, three hours before his “Libertines“ concert in Edinburgh, and answers me in a 33 minutes long interview very personal questions about his addiction to drugs, the influence of heroine on making art, his relationship to Kate Moss and Amy Winehouse and the change he went through, especially thanks to his wife Katia: She is the one who introduced him to the ice healing! Does he really want to stop using? Well, he seems not to be so sure about it... Anyway there's something more important to him: making art, poetry, music. Peter Doherty is a truely addicted artist.
