In an interview with ABC on the shores of Normandy, Biden changed the subject from honoring Second World War veterans to how much Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘concerns’ him. ‘I’ve known him for over 40 years. He’s concerned me for 40 years. He’s not a decent man,’ Biden said.
