. This was cool little drill I picked up from @maxshank sometime ago, and it’s great at restoring confidence in shoulders that have had traumatic injuries. . In instances of dislocations or other abrupt injuries that jerk the shoulder back, there can be a fear avoidance of the overhead position. Even when no pain or tissue limitations present, certain ranges will be consciously or subconsciously avoided. . This becomes an issue because remaining incompetent in these ranges risks future injury and makes full recovery impossible. . 🔑 The drill is pretty straight forward. Start creating circles with a larger resistance band around the wrist.
