The transition from summer to fall brings along beautiful vibrant fall colors and of course apples. I live in a beautiful apple county which is known for its orchards and beautiful harvests. Honestly, I eat apples only in the fall because they are the best in every possible way around this time of the year. I made these delicious, buttery, and flaky apple turnovers using fresh apples and homemade pastry.
