This is the GFA hopper, originated by Walter Wiese. It’s one of my favorites to use as a grasshopper and stone fly imitation in the summer months. Its durable, floats like a cork, and offers an excellent profile in the water. Whether you fish it alone or tie a dropper under it you won’t be disappointed having a few of these along this spring!
