I was mainly interested in trying the workflow where you render certain sets of lights separately and compose them later in photoshop with additive blending mode, so I didn’t record the SFM bit. It wasn’t that interesting anyway. I can definitely say that this workflow is very powerful as you can just mask light to create shadows which are impossible to make in SFM right away.
