Hora Staccato Dinicu-Heifetz | Nicolas Baldeyrou

While thinking about practicing a nice encore piece, I remembered this great virtuosity piece, Hora Staccato by Grigoras Dinicu that I discovered thanks to my trumpet hero Maurice André when I was a kid and later in the « original »  arrangement by Jasha Heifetz 😍 a really challenging piece for the staccato of course, mostly double-tonguing here and some single in the high register, for tempo stability, long trills, glissandi at the end, I’m not sure that I’ll dare to play it live so often 😇👍🏻✨
