Eclipse is the first fine dining restaurant in St. Petersburg based on local farm and forest products. Since the opening (March 2020), the chef has already presented three tasted menus. Have you ever tried white snail caviar that is more expensive than black caviar? One farmer collects only 500-700 grams of this caviar per year. The price is 150 euros for 30 grams. The original name is «snail eggs». But in order to introduce the product into the gastronomic world, it was given the name «caviar». How about crowberry?
