Wembley, London. Full titles read: “ICE CARNIVAL AT WEMBLEY“ L/S's of hundreds of people skating on the ice (it looks like Wembley Arena not the stadium). Various shots of an ice hockey game underway between people in fancy dress, some are dressed in policemen in frilly skirts while their opponents are dressed like convicts. Instead of a stick they use a broom to hit the ball. L/S's of a pantomime horse skating on the ice. It attempts to jump over a fence but instead goes straight through the middle.
