Steps: 1. Open your photo in Adobe Photoshop 2. Convert it to Smart Object 3. Download glass effect psd file on your computer (text me on insta @anya_yudina_ the word “tutorial“ to get the file) 4. Return to photoshop 5. Go to filter - Distort - Displace 6. Vertical Scale 0, Horizontal Scale 80 and click OK 7. Open downloaded earlier glass effect psd file
