Hailing from Connecticut , Joined Forces formed in 1984 and by 1986 had made their big screen debut in the movie “Light Of Day“ starring Michael J. Fox and Joan Jett. The songs that appear on this cd were all recorded between 1986 & 1989 and were produced by none other than Paul Sabu , Jeff Cannata and James Christian (House of Lords). Ironically , following the break-up of Joined Forces in 1992 , James Christian would recruit guitar wizard Jimi Bell to join House of Lords as a permanent member. Musically , Joined Forces have an undeniable Whitesnake vibe but I can also recommend this band to fans of: Y & T , Silent Rage , Rough Cutt , Damn Yankees and all fans of quality 80s Hard Rock.
