The retina model MacBook Pro was a great laptop, but it suffered from something called staingate. This is when the anti-glare coating delaminated from the screen causing some nasty marks. Thankfully this tech is easy to fix using nothing but a Clorox Wipe. While I'm in here, I'm also going to upgrade Apple's dated SSD technology with a new 2TB NVMe, and replace the thermal paste. This 9-year-old retina display still looks better than a modern PC and even some computer monitors!
