Our factory has several lines of SMT, assembly and testing, well-equipped with brand-new imported Yamaha and Panasonic SMT machine, full-automatic solder paste printer, ten temperature area reflow oven, wave-soldering oven, as well as AOI, XRAY, SPI, ICT, full-automatic splitting machine, BGA rework station and conformal coating device. The factory is with wholly air conditioner and dust free workshop and lead-free production process, and certified with ISO9001(2015), IATF16949 & ISO13485 of medical industry.
