GB News has now been granted permission by the courts to bring a proper legal challenge against Ofcom. This comes after Ofcom found the People's Forum event with Rishi Sunak (held in February) to be in breach of broadcasting guidelines. GB News have challenged the ludicrous claim and the High Court Judge has deemed their challenge meritable enough to deserve a judicial review and full hearing.
