Russian law enforcements detain suspects in Dagestan linked to Ukrainian phone scammers

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have detained five members of an organized group in Dagestan. They were involved in a scheme to steal money from Russian citizens for the benefit of Ukrainian scam call centers.
