On 15 February, commemorations dedicated to the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan were held throughout Russia. Today’s report comes from Rostov-on-Don, where internationalist soldiers are also remembered with honour, all those who died in the line of duty outside the borders of their homeland. Traditionally, commemorations are held in all the country’s major cities, with flowers laid and awards presented to veterans. Today, the Rostov regional governor’s award was received by Valery Bova, leader of the ’Oplot’ veterans’ movement , who became the hero of our recent report on military volunteers. Congratulations, Valery Vladimirovich, for your well-deserved award! Watch it on Odysee : @internationalreporters:a/commemoration-honour-internationalist-soldiers-rostov:6 Watch it on Rumble :
